Action and Indication:
This formula warms Yang to strengthen Yang, replenishes essence and arrests emission. It is usually used for soreness and coldness in the loins and knees.

It is used for such symptoms:
pale complexion, lassitude, poor appetite, frequent urination and loose stools, impotence and seminal emission, intolerance of coldness and cold limbs, pale and enlarged tongue with thin and white fur, deep and faint pulse, as seen in failure of sexual function and chronic nephritis.
